I had this company replace a vinyl pool liner. My husband and I both felt this company was very professional. Brent was very patient with me, answered all my questions, did whatever he could to help us. If I was to have another liner replaced would not hesitate to call this company. This is the second liner I have had replaced and Precision Pool was far better then the first company I used.

After reading some of these reviews on here, I'm not sure any of you actually used precision pools in Troy. I would give them 10 stars on here if I could. This company, hands down, is the absolute best pool company I have found, and believe me when I say I've been through a few of them...They are courteous, prompt and ALWAYS come out exactly when the say they will, fast, knowledgeable. and beyond professional.

Nothing but great things to say about Precision Pool Service. My husband and I are new pool owners (bought a house with a pool in the fall) - we called Precision to come open it for us. Brent showed up with about 8 guys that quickly and professionally opened our pool. We were so impressed - it was like an army descended upon our backyard and they checked that everything was working, power washed our cover and the concrete surrounding our pool, added chlorine, etc. They were outstanding!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Brendt and his team. They came out to replace my liner on time, so we could open for the season. He was nice enough to start up the pool and replace my light even though those were last minute requests. They will be back out to replace my pump in a few days.Message

As a new pool owner I needed professional help for my first spring opening. Not only was Scott able to get my pool open before the holiday weekend, but he was also attentive, responsive and extremely helpful. On opening day Brent was clearly a seasoned pro, who did the job well, and took the time to answer my questions. In the last year of researching, buying and installing my pool I’ve talked to a dozen companies and Precision Pool Service has by far provided the best customer service. I’ll definitely be hiring them to close the pool this fall.

Precision Pool removed the liner, repaired the walls and floor, and put in a new liner. They also replaced the pump, filter, heater, and plumbing and repaired the slide and everything else that needed repairing.
Brent kept me informed every step of the way. The crew was very professional and they did an outstanding job! I highly recommend them!
